Sighted In Anhui

Commission for of their giant OC, Ancient, racing on by their other OC, Shard.


I haven't really drawn anthros much before, nonetheless ones with such exaggerated anatomy so it was a challenge and I'm surprised by how much I like the result. Working with Ancient is always a pleasure, but while comparing the two single-images of these characters I think I liked the one with Shard included the most. It really provides a new perspective to everything else.

This one was also an exercise in using lighting to show scale. It is something I love practicing, and still have some improvement to make.
